We're all on the same boat. I got my application ID on November 20. I didn't notice any movement in my transcripts since I activated my account, but the order is the same as yours. I emailed the Law Department and the response I got was that they do not answer admission-related inquiries. I was directed to send an inquiry through the central inquiry system instead. I sent an email through said system and no response yet since January 25.
Has anyone been admitted to LSE whose transcripts didn't have any movement in his/her LSE for You account before receiving the offer of admission?
Same!

Hm..mine is in the third as well, but since always...
I think with a call it is easier to reach them. However, I called them already several times for my LLM application and for the Econ application of my boyfriend, they always they "yes, in two weeks you should receive an answer". They say this whenever you call, even when the two weeks are already over, so we just can wait and from my view, it's useless to call them :-/
Transcript: yes, I've read of a few people who had no movements but received an offer. I think if your transcript moves, it is at least an indicator that you are not rejected. the logic works only in one direction, no movement does not necessarily mean rejection, from what I've seen.
