Email. Though i checked the portal and that also says conditional offer made. I don't know which happened first.

Received a conditional offer via email. I was on GAO for about a week so it does seem that the emails are coming through in the same order as the portals were changed

This was me until this morning. Hang in there! Not to give you false hope but Mrs Wade said this in an email to me: “...as I am sure you will appreciate, it takes time for the Faculty and GAO to process all of the files following the Committee’s decisions given the large number of LLM applications received (approximately 1,200).”
I think they’re just taking ages to process the remaining candidates so they should get to you soon.
