I just based it on the “What happens Next” page on its website. They said “If your application is unsuccessful, you may receive notification of the outcome sooner than those who receive an offer.”

In an interesting development I appear to have been accepted to the MCL but rejected from the LLM as my status for the latter now reads “Application unsuccessful.”

Last year a lot of people who received offer email posted around 7-8pm that they had ‘just’ received an offer email from Ms Wade. But who knows if anything similar will happen this year.

Last year offer emails were sent between 7pm and 9pm GMT! So there is a small chance. This happened the same day the first round of rejections were released.

That happened last year to people still at the “under review by department” stage yes. They received an email directly from Ms. Wade.
