Hi I'm just looking for some feedback regarding my chances of being successful in an application to an Oxbridge/Top 5 school. I finished my undergraduate degree of a BCL (comparable to an LLB) with a 59% average which left me with an abysmal 2:2. However, following on from this I sat for and was successful at the New York Bar on the first attempt. I have also recently completed an LLB and finished with a 1:1 at a top rated Irish school. Alongside this I have a considerable wealth of experience from various legal internships, mini-pupillages and free legal aid volunteering.
Please respond with any help you can lend on this matter!

Oxbridge won't work, your grades are too bad overall. Second tier schools are unlikely too, but I'd give it a shot.

Don't listen to Eppendorf, he is a troll! I doubt he even went to law school!!! He has a first class LLB! The 59% was (i assume) for a law degree in his country, so stop misleading people!

The Cambridge Faculty's website says this: Unlike other parts of the University, the Faculty of Law requires submission of language tests results by the application deadline. The LLM Committee will not consider applications without the required language test results.
But there are no test dates available in India.
Can someone please clarify? Anyone has any idea?
Much Thanks!

You have to take the test elsewhere. I am from Nicaragua and will have to take the test in Costa Rica so I have to cover the travel and lodging.
