I wan to apply for L.L.M ( International Trade Law), when do UK universities announce admissions generally? I need to know and it is crucial to me. I work for government here in my country, I must have my admission before April 15.

It would depend on which specific schools you're applying to. I know that at KCL, the application deadline is March 31st, but they say that you can expect a decision within 4-6 weeks of submission - so if you submitted in January you'd probably hear back by April.

UK universities usually don't take too long. Back in '09, I submitted applications to Queen Mary, UCL, LSE and KCL in mid-September and heard back from them by early and mid-November 2009 (they all gave me offers - except for LSE). If you need to have a result by April, send in your application by late-January or early-February and it should not be a problem...
