qmul or glasgow are much better than the other two . warwick is an excellent bussiness school and kent is a mediocre law school.
I had exactly the same ofers and i chose glasgow

I went to Kent and took modules on international financial services regulation, commercial credit, corporate governance, IBT, international law on foreign investments, WTO law. These modules were taught (research led teaching) by experts in their field which is demonstrate by, for example, the RAE 2008 results. Kent was ranked top 6 law school, Glasgow was around 17th and Warwick around 30th.
