i got a mail from LSE asking to fill a form for financial support(if needed). if i fill that form and submit will it affect my selection in anyway???

The Financial Support form is very clear states that "Your financial information will not be considered as part of your application for a place to the School."

Hence, I do not think this would in anyway affect your selection. Selection will be done purely on merit, your references and SOP.
