hey guys..... for filling the references for UCL one of the referees need be one who has taught us- can the other b a referee who has known me from my social work?

and d referees have to fillin d form provided right? should they write their opinion on a seperate form just like wat is being done for cambridge? i fine a seperate blank sheet attached after the reference page.
