Anyone know whether they are rolling ?. I intend to get some publications in before finally applying.

The are rolling at Queen Mary - a few people I know have already been accepted for LLMs.

they are rolling in QM, and apparently they accept quite a large number of applicants....Oxford though has a deadline and will only start considering applications after that deadline, releasing decisions in March
