Dear JoCrox,
Why did you get rejected by Queen Mary, SOAS and Nottingham? What is your LLB grade? You can check the Times or Guardian's university guide to see for yourself the rankings of these universities.
If i were you, i would accept Bristol, Exeter or Kent if offered. UoL external program is a distance learning LLM where you study at your own pace and where ever you are without having to go to London. London Metropolitan Uni and City Law School are also located in London, please check the other posts for the reputation of these universities.
If you have never worked before, just give a normal CV. Google some sites on how to write CV where u are a fresh graduate.
Hope the above helps. Good Luck

if you decide to go to Westminster, I would recommend you to take Corporate Finance module. The head of the course (Mr. Joseph Tanega) is famous in financial sphere and attracting more people from the ground. Therefore it would be much interesting than other modules.
Best of luck with remaining instutitions
