Hi all,
I'm a Canadian lawyer who's interested in doing graduate legal studies in England. I've just applied to three schools (Oxford , LSE [LL.M] and UCL[LL.M]).
Can anyone shed some light on what my chances are for getting an offer?
I graduated from one of the better law schools in the country. My marks are about half "As" and half "Bs". This placed in the top 7% of my law school (ranked #11/158). Further, I won a number of course awards, participated on a moot and volunteered for law journal. I was called to the Bar in Canada and have practiced law at a large Canadian firm for approximately 2.5 years (3 years by the time the course starts). My letters of reference include one from the Dean of my law school.
