Just checked camsis and it has changed from "awaiting decision by BOGS" straight to conditional offer (so skipped the awaiting approval phase).
I was BOGSd about a week and a half ago.

I was BoGSd only yesterday and had been UCDC right up until then.
How long do you think it will take before I receive an offer email now?
