Been following this thread for a while now, still no change on my end. Decided to register an account and post out of hope that maybe registering and posting would somehow end the monotony and bring about a decision. Yes, I know the two events are completely unrelated, but right now I don't really care.

You know, how irrational that might be, that was my motive to register as well.

Well, so far at least our completely irrational thoughts have, as should have been expected, been shown to be irrational.

Very much so. Ashter seems to have taken this to a whole new level, though.
We should start a virtual betting pool on what the date (/week) they will start making admissions decisions will be. I am betting £100 that decisions will only be made (as far as we on this forum will be aware) beginnig next week. I suppose I should hedge my losses somehow. But it's gonna be difficult without having someone set the ratios. Anyone gonna take me up on that bet?
I am insane, aren't I? Oh, well.

A good idea. I am taking a risk, betting for this Friday (at least for the first BOGSs).
By the way, we are indeed creating some entertaining material for the next year's applicants.

I crawled over here from the PhD law forum, been under consideration for ever!! I spoke to the law admin lady she said we would hear back "at the latest mid-March". Does that stop me checking CamSiS every hour like my life depends on it: no :(
Hopefully soon the offers will start rolling in for us all!!

I'm split. I wanna take your money but at the same time I am hoping we will hear this week.
At least they will have a way to pass some of the time. The last year's thread is so dull!

Looks like all of us are getting increasingly mental. I do hope that Admissions will have a look at this thread and tease who is who so they can drop our asses. Not.

I don't know about you guys and gals, but I've been going mental during this seemingly never-ending wait. I can't help but think about CamSIS morning, noon, and night...checking every few minutes. This is not good :/

Same there .. I came to a point where CamSIS is the first thing I check in the morning after I wake up :-/

The situation here is way worse. I seriously check every 10 minutes or so.

I am glad we're all on the same boat.
But here's the problem: I need to get a lot done for assignemnts with deadlines getting closer and I need to manage to keep up with coursework for the exams. Should I get an offer, I would still have to get fairly good results this year.
How the hell does one do that with CamSIS looming over one's head? Any tips on how to concentrate on the work that matters rather than on pointless refreshing of CamSIS?
I am drawing a blank.
