Thanks very much guys!!
Yes, it went straight to offer.

Hi isabel.dcs and Lucien1910,

May I ask if you have received any emails from the university so far after your status on the Camsis changed?
I am still awaiting my decision and want to know whether I need to go and check my account every couple of hours...

Sorry to everyone for continuing this topic on this thread.

MCL applicants are welcome to post here.

Considering that LLM and MCL applications are handled by the same course administrator, I am interested in hearing about their progress.

Stop trolling.

No one is trolling. Maybe you need to understand why I posted that. The thread link I posted was created 2 days ago and so is largely unknown. I posted it for those of us who applied for the MCL as well to follow up there without crowding the LLM board where people are on tension. I hope that explains it to u.

Hello all,

I am an LLM candidate and my CAMSIS status has just changed from "Awaiting Consideration from the Department" to "Awaiting decision by the Board of Graduate Studies".

A note was added that said "Status: The degree committee is satisfied with your application. However, your offer has not yet been approved."

It's obviously not an offer but it appears that there is some movement at the station at least.

Good luck to all!

Told you so, guys.

They're on the roll now.

Hold on tight, it's gonna be a bumpy ride for some of you.

Hey guys!

What does it actually mean if there has been a CAMSIS change to "Awaiting decision by the Board of Graduate Studies"?

It's obviously not an offer, but is it likely they would reject after this?

I did think to myself that it would be funny if it was Eppendorf in disguise on another account trying to wind people up.

Do you have any particular reason for thinking that it is fake, though?

2 accounts with less than 3 posts saying CAMSIS and quoting the same status with same capitalization and language style? Coincidence? I think not... Both also end their posts with "good luck to all"!

Not actually a fake account, believe it or not. The lack of posting history is due to the fact that I only just joined as it's the first legitimate question I had and have been 'lurking' up to now. As to the capitalisation and language style - I copied and pasted from CAMSIS.

Hopefully this will clarify for anyone perhaps wondering. I am very much in the same boat as yourselves, which is certainly full of nerves!

And good luck to all, again.

P.S. Does anyone have an answer to the original question as to whether there is just as much/less chance of rejection after this?

Well, we were talking about PCT2014. Which I still believe to be a fake account. And I am shocked Eppendorf is actually prooving the picture of the typical German law student right. I am German too and very much ashamed of his behavior ...
