Hello there! I'm from Indonesia as well and my status changed to 'Awaiting approval by PAO' on February 26th. Last year though, my status was under review until March 16th (and only then did it move to PAO and a conditional offer soon afterwards).
I don't think they have a specific way on getting through the applications (aside from the usual rejections first, maybe's and offers' later), so I would not worry so much about it. Hope this helps :)
