Can anyone tell me which is the best place/places to do LLM in UK if one wants to specialize in european law, pls!!

I would say Edinburgh is quite good in that field. Do you just want to study in the UK? There are other really good universities with very good European Law programmes in continental Europe! Maybe you should considers those, too as they are also in English.

I would second the vote for Edinburgh. It is home of the oldest dedicated European Law research centre (the Europa Centre) and has many current research projects and programmes that focus on European Law. There is also a very active student-led European Law discussion group which is a great place for LLMs to meet researchers in the field. The LLM programme offers a wide variety of courses http://www.law.ed.ac.uk/pg/taught/llmeuropeanlaw.aspx
and the lecturers are very approachable.
