Admission depends on a lot of factors. Did you get the 54% at a British university? Do you have other selling points? (qualified lawyer, work exp?). With a 2.2 you should definitely get accepted in some uni's but forget about the top places.
On another point, and this may not apply to you, don't use an LLM to bolster a poor LLB result - recruiters see right through this move.
