not yet. My email stated that we might have to wait some weeks to receive a formal offer (and the conditions thereof).

I always thought I would pick Oxford, but I have no idea now!! If it comes down to it, I would pick based on which program I liked the sound of better. I never thought this would actually happen to ME! Haha.
