I'm thinking about applying for an LLM in UoL, pref. King's College, but my question is this: is it required that I have my toefl scores before I submit my application, or can I send my application and pass the test later on???

hey....yes, you can apply for LLM in KIngs without submitting your toefl scores. In case your application is successful, you will get a conditional offer, requiring you to submit your toefl scores by a specified date. Go on...and apply.
