Hello TS_india,
You may be lucky at QMUL. They require
100 (IELTS 7.0); Writing 27 (IELTS 7.0) or
92 (IELTS 6.5); Writing 24 (IELTS 6.5)
UCL has recently changed their admission requirements:
For University of London you will need an overall TOEFL score or 109 with 24/30 in reading and writing and 20/30 in speaking and listening FOR ENTRY INTO PROGRAMMES FROM JANUARY 2016 ONWARDS ONLY.

At KCL you might also have a chance. They require ibt 80 overall, with a minimum 20 in each skill.
Best of luck!

At KCL it depends what program you are applying for. At Dickson Poon school od law a TOEFL of 100 is required with a minimum of 25 in writing. If you are applying for IT law a TOEFL overall of 92 is efficient with a minimum of 23 in writing and 20 in each other part.

So what do you suggest I should not apply for the rest of the LLM programs with that score? Are they stringent about the requirements? Or there are exceptions?

Hello TS_india,
Well, this depends on your general background. Tell me little about you. Surely the TOEFL score is not the only requirement and if you show outstanding results in other areas such as you LLB or work experience they consider these qualities. However, at KCL competition for places on some courses is extremely high and the minimum requirement may not be sufficient to secure an offer.
LSE requires a score of 109 so your scores might be too low. Maybe you could pay for an extra certificate and apply in the meantime. LSE still considers your application but the acceptance will be conditional on your TOEFL results.
