Of course it's possible for you to apply for an LLM, but eligibility requirements tend to be quite rigid for the top programs.

Do you have an undergraduate degree in law? This tends to be a primary eligibility requirement, for one. Here's a few top LLM programs in international taxation, and some of the major requirements (you can find more eligibility and application details on each of their webpages):

NYU - requires undergraduate degree in law; TOEFL/IELTS if your first law degree wasn't in English

KCL - undergrad in law with at least high upper second class honours; specific English-language entry requirements

Harvard - JD or LLB, TOEFL if you didn't complete your first degree in English

Michigan - you need a first degree in law; TOEFL, etc.
