I have done B.Sc(Chem.) and also done LLB from india.Here i would like go for Law related Job. Am i eligible for getting job as a assistant/pera legal of lawer in NJ.
As i am foreign lawer i heard that i can appear for american bar association exam of NY.If i have to go for that what preparation is required.

As regards ABA is concerned, you can be member of ABA in the capacity of associate. for that you have to prefer application and pay requisite fees. For being a lawyer on rolls of US, you can persue with California, but then whether you are a registered practitioner?? thats the question. Any more information you require, mail me.

i am intended to pursue LSAT exams so that i can get admission in good college 4 J.D in new york but i am not aware of LSAT tution classes which is better 4 me if u have any idea about that pls. guide me.

Areyou in some kind of job??? If not, I will suggest is to get enrolled as a Lawyer and then you can get attached with ABA as associate member. You can visit website of ABA. Even if you are not a Lawyer, you can be associated with ABA, there are different requisites to that. I am looking for a job in US, hope it works well. Stay in touch.
