Hi Everyone!
I've decided to go out of India for my LLM (2024-25 batch). My goal is to secure a job in Europe after the LLM which is why I've been trying to increase my PQE before applying. I will have 5 years of work experience as a Contracts Lawyer by the time I leave - 2.5 years in a top IT MNC and 2.5 years in a top multinational financial services firm. I've been looking at affordable options and have shortlisted the below universities: -
1. Leiden
2. KU Leuven
3. LSE (hoping for scholarships)
4. Bucarius
I'm anticipating a struggle and I understand that most of it depends on how and how much we apply for jobs while we are there, but I don't want to be in a position where I get there and realise that this is a losing game. Could anyone please tell me which of these would be a good university from an employment perspective or give me recommendations for any other university which would be a better option?
I'm so confused right now, I'd appreciate any and every help that I get in this decision-making. Thank you so much!
Will 5 years of (good) PQE help me secure jobs in Europe after a Business Law LLM? Recommendations for universities?
