Hello,
So I've completed a degree in political science in America, but want to study European Law in Europe somewhere. Everywhere I look, they always say the minimum requirement is an LLB. The US is the only country in the world which does not offer law as an undergraduate degree. Some of the schools say that if you don't have an LLB, if you have a substantial number of law courses, they will consider you. So, I came across a board where someone mentioned doing a GDL. Is doing a GDL an ok option? What do you know about European law schools accepting the GDL in order to study for an LLM?
Also, this is irrelevant, but I'm actually an EU citizen and intend on staying in Europe after I finish the LLM.
thanks in advance!
