i am searching for an LLM programm in international trade and business in any university in Belgium or europe as a whole,can anyone help me out and can i be inform of the next intake.

There is a M2 in international economic relations at Paris II (http://www.u-paris2.fr/archives/formations/brochure_M2_droit.pdf), which covers both public and private international business law. It's research M2 though, so it's not very practive oriented. It has a great alumni network though, if you want to practice in France.
Otherwise the UK LLMs will all give you the opportunity to study what you are looking for.

There is an LLM in French an European law with business classes in the second semester taught by international law firms. The LLM is in the english language.
