Hello ICLer and Rodriguezdiaz!
Rodriguezdiaz, you already applied?
I dont know about a fixed GPA requirement. I hope they consider all the factors like education, experience, extra-curricular activities etc not just the GPA. I am also concerned about their slow e-mail responses.
ICLer, what's your edu/prof background? why did you prefer the advanced program instead of the regular PIL?
I just can't wait for the results!! Good luck!

Hi folks. unfortunately, I haven´t been admitted for leiden PIL regular master. they reporterd about my prior experience and education background. Indeed, I never had any international experienced like a lawyer. What can I do now? Anyone can help me? I´d like to appeal for my case. Anyone knows any professor that I can get in touch with? Thanks in advance...

Unfortunately, appeals are usually only admissible if there has been an error in their assessment of the application (for example, stating that you haven't completed the requirements of your law degree, when in fact you have.) I would suggest that you take the information they gave you into account and use this time to get the professional legal experience that they require instead of wasting your time with an appeal that is unlikely to be successful.
I'd suggest you work for the next year to get the work experience you need and apply for 2012-2013.

Hey guys, just wanted to ask those of you who have received offers whether they were conditional or unconditional (in case you are still awaiting results). I am still finishing my LLB and just wanted an idea of the type of offers they give for the LLM or Adv LLM at Leiden.
Thank you
Thank you

Hi All,
Does anyone know how many students are typically in the Advanced LL.M. in Public International Law at Leiden?
Also, if anyone could provide a sense of how Leiden is viewed in the US, that would be very helpful to know.
Thanks!

I got an offer to the International and European Business laws, Leiden University.
Could some one provide information about the university, its reputation and job opportunities.
I also got an offer for LLm in International and European Economic law of Masstricht University. So is IEEL Maastricht University better than Advanced LLm in International and European Business laws offered by Leiden University?.
