last year undergraduate student

Hi, everybody. I'm new on this board. I am last year undergraduate student majoring in international law.
I want to apply for LLM programmes in Sweden and Netherlands. But I don't know may I apply until graduation or not? I mean I will graduate by the time LLM programme starts.
If you have information about this please write.
Thanks in advance.

Generally speaking, you can apply to an LLM program once you have obtained the degree required in your country to take the bar exam (if there is a bar exam, as in America), to begin the legal practical training that must precede the bar exam (as in Germany or Italy) or to become a lawyer directly (as in Spain).
Most universities also consider applications from students attending the last year of this same course.
If you are admitted as a law student you have to graduate before the day your LLM program begins.

hope this helps
