i would like to know about the reputation of the jean moulin llm for international and European law and the European college of paris ( which i think is under the pantheon assas) for european law.

which one is better? 

has anyone attended these programs ? 

btw, i'm an international student.

European College of Paris (part of Paris II Panthéon-Assas indeed) hands down, just look at the curriculum, lecturers, etc. However I never attended none of those ; I just did some research as for my own future studies. Furthermore, Assas reputation is bigger abroad then Lyon's.
