I asked Hamburg and they said it was not possible to send emails to all applicants (nonEU) last Friday so it's is expected today. I havent got any news yet tô. I really understand your feeling but all we can do is to wait.

Im non-eu. Havent heard anything...so my hopes on this one are slowly dwindling. Congrats thought to everyone who has been admitted/got a scholarship and all the best to those who are waiting :)

Dear EMLE, if i can finance my study by myself why would i apply as a third country student :). I am Admitted without waiver and i have to decline the offer. For those of you who made it, congrats and good luck. For others, we will try again next year :(

Hi all, I am non-eu applicant. They've just put me on reserve list. Anyone know how big is the chance of my status to be changed to unconditionally admitted (based on previous experience)?

It seems that there are about 400 non eu applicant and only 30 are accepted.

Been put on the "Reserve List". As if the long wait for this e-mail wasn't horrible enough, I have to now wait for another month to find out whether I've been shut out or admitted. Any body has any idea about the chances of reserve list applicants being admitted into the programme?

Check out the beginning of your letter of admission. There should be your approx. place. If u r not in the 1st 100, than ur chance is low.

Anyway, if somebody knows the numbers, I would be grateful too.

Just received letter saying im put on the reserve list ranking 100-201. has any other person on the reserve list tried finding out what the chances are for making it into the final list. The last 2-3 yrs record should be a good indicator.

I have tried mailing the university of rotterdam officials but haven't received a reply yet.

Do I understand correctly, u applied as non-EU resident, your ranking is below 34 but u were admitted?

Given that there r 30 places for non-EU's, I suppose, this rating is general - common for residents and non-residents.

I mean, 34 or below ^_^

I don't think the ranking is combined for EU and non-EU.
The mail that they sent for non-eu applicants was clear that there were 400 odd non-eu CAT A applicant s and have only 30 odd slots. So I'm supposing that the reserve list ranking too would be only specific to non-eu.
Does anyone know who in the program would be the right person to contact to get some clarifications on these?
