EMLE - Application for 2014/2015

Sinnerman

@Sinnerman, not really. Did you? Any info about scholarships would be appreciated

I have an M.A in Economics, not much law background

We havent seen any non - europeans' results, right?

Me neither.

They usually send the notification of admission to non Europeans later than to Europeans (according to old posts).

Did u apply for other programs?

Congrats to all Europeans who have been admitted to this programme. We, non-Europeans, it's still fingers crossed as usual. The waiting is now becoming torturous considering that some of you have since received communication from the programme administrators!

It's just questions about your CV, your interest in L&E etc.
Do not worry.

Hi guys,

Results for non-Europeans and Scholarships are handled by our partners in Rotterdam. They should be out this week.

On the subject of scholarships: While the scholarships still have to be confirmed by the EU, if you were in the running for one you would have received an interview call by now.

So if you haven't been called you might be in or out but you definitely are not a scholarship holder. Unfortunately there are very few available :-(.

Cheers,
Felix

Oh wow Felix, great to directly hear from you on this forum even though the news may be disheartening to those of us who looked forward to a scholarship. Will wait for the results though.

Are you able to tell us how many scholarships were available this year?

Hi Anthony,

You're welcome ;-). I'm not entirely sure since scholarships are handled by our Rotterdam staff but there are usually between 6 and 10 scholarships per year, half of them EU and half of them non-EU scholarships. So your chance is somewhat below 10% if you manage to get an invitation.

All the best,
Felix

Anyone received news yet? I wrote to Hamburg Office and they said it should be sent this week from Rotterdam and if there's no news until this Friday, I can contact them again.

At this time they are not longer working, I think...so we have to wait to next week

Hey! Unfortunately not :( I sent an email to EMLE administration regarding the non-europeans admissions letters, but I haven´t received any answer yet.

If somebody have some news... let us know.

Good luck for everyone.

Hi there!
As far as I know, something went terribly wrong, so the answers are scheduled for this week. This means, basically, until Friday.
Best of luck, everyone! ;)
