Any other UK applicants had their interviews yet? How did you find it? Must admit, I found it very tough...

Yes I had my UK interview yesterday! I found it difficult, I felt like I hadn't prepared because their questions went so far, about my future career plans. It felt like I'd not put enough thought into what I've been planning for my whole life! The people seemed really nice though.

And they asked me the same question twice about the lisbon treaty and foreign policy and I knew I didn't say what they wanted to hear... I know they were looking for specifics on the new roles created but I couldn't remember the right terms and I didn't want to look like an idiot...Oh well we will see!

Exactly the same, they also asked me about the lisbon treaty and foreign policy and I didn't expect the questions to be so specific. Same as you, I think I answered really badly and wasn't specific enough in terms of them asking me what I wanted to do in the future! Ahhhh well its over now, so we'll see what happens. Good to know I'm not the only one who feels they could have done better. All we can do now is relax anyway I suppose so breathe....haha

no, i didn't. it's already weekend and i think to contact them next week. i thought maybe you have news :-)

No, I wanted to contact the AO this week, but as I was writing them in April, didn't want to write again.

Yes that's reassuring for me too! Has anyone from the UK heard back from the interviews? I guess it's going to be next week. Can't think what they're discussing though!

we still haven't had the interview...we don't even know whether we were precelected o the date of the interview...

As the 9 May is the Europe day, i'll write them on Tuesday. But I'm afraid the pre-selection has passed already :-(

I don't think so, because I don't believe that none of us was even preselected for the interview. And besides, I think we will be informed in any case, even if we are not preselected.
So the hope is still there... :-)

Has anyone from the UK heard anything from the interviews? It's been a week now for me. Anyone who's had interviews and then a reply, how long did it take for them to make the decision?

Hey Larnach22, when I did my interview I asked how long it would be before UK candidates heard back and they said that it would be within the following 10 days so don't panic. I think they're interviewing all this week so I expect it to be more like Friday before anyone gets a response!

Any news for Polish candidates? It is more than a month since the interviews.:(

A month! How can it take a month, that's crazy! 10 days is fine that is good news, it means we'll know soon! But at the end of the interview all they said to me was that they were interviewing people the next day (wednesday) and that we'd find out soon. Ah well.

hi, everybody from ENP countries. i wrote an email yesterday to the College concerning the preselection but until now no reply :-(
maybe somebody knows when should be the interviews with ENP candidates. do they send a notification about the application?

I have "good" news for you. I've contacted one girl who is in the college now. Last year she was applying as an ENP candidate and she was informed on the date of the interview on 26th May!!! So good news: you don't have to worry that much, but we still have to wait. But please let us know if you hear smth. from the Admission Office :-)
