Dear All,
I have a question concerning civil effect in the Netherlands. I would appreciate if someone has any knowledge and could advise in my situation.
I receive an L.L.B Degree in European Law at Maastricht and now going to follow masters course as from september 2015. However, I did not go for civil effect on the Bachelor stage (unfortunately) of my education, neither I did a minor. Now I understand that I should have done so. I am wondering whether there is any possibility to be involved in some kind of special "civil effect" courses in any Dutch University, such that I could combine them and do in parallel with my masters studies. So, not to be enrolled but to follow a number of dutch law courses.
Best Regards,
Kate

Hello there,
I am stucked with the same problem, except that I am doing the Global Law program at Tilburg. I guess civil effect is only limited in Dutch. I would say your/also my best option is to go to the UK for the GDL.
cheers and good luck
