You need to have a master in law or professional experience in law.
It's better to apply as early as you can.

The documents required for your application are :
a digital photo of yourself
identity card or passport copy
letter in support of your application (300 words)
CV
Transcript of your most recent qualification (degree) obtained
as well as transcripts of all previous university studies
An English certificate if none of the previous degrees were not passed in English
Two letters of reference
Allowed file types: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .png
