As far as I know and experience there is no solid GPA requirement to enter this law school. I asked this question to both institutions, and they told me that it wasn't significant requirement. Yet I accepted in both University even though my GPA is lower than you ;) I hope my answer is helping you.

Good afternoon,
I am from Japan and fortunately have admitted in LLM international law of human rights and criminal justice at Utrecht.
I am scheduled to graduate in March, which means I have no actual working experience apart from part-time job. I guess this is my weakness with regard to LLM application. Then, as a reference, my GPA is 3.5/4.0. I hope my answer is useful to you.
