Does anyone have a complete list of Canadian schools that offer LL.M. in taxation?

I don't think there is any such list. Osgoode and Waterloo do specialist tax programmes, and possibly one university in Quebec.

Osgoode's is a part-time LL.M. in Tax designed for practitioners. Waterloo's is an M.Tax which I understand is more of an accounting degree than a law degree.
I believe that both UBC and UWO pride themselves on their strengths in tax law, but it appears that most Canadian LL.M. programs will allow students to undertake tax studies if a suitable faculty supervisor can be found. As a rule, we don't really have many specialized tax LL.M. options the way that a large number of U.S. schools do.
