Iam from India .Recently i completed my LLB . Iam planning to do LLM in australia.what are subjects to be choosen in LLM & will they help me in getting job oppurtunies and settle in australia. Is LLM is enough to settle in australia or any other courses is required to do.

Hello,

An Australian LLM does not allow you to settle/migrate under the occupation of 'solicitor' or 'barrister'. You will need to complete JD/LLB subjects to fulfill the 'academic' requirements and thereafter complete the 'practical 'requirements through completing a clerkship or graduate diploma in legal practice.

There after several threads already discussing the requirements so I shall not repeat them!
