Hi! I have enrolled myself to the MBL for the academic year 2010-12. As I'm not in receipt of reading material, I wrote to NLSIU's Distance Education Department requesting them to let me know as to when the reading material shall be sent. The response came as follows...

"The study material is being dispatched via speed post from Monday the 04 October 2010 batch by batch. It will reach you with(in) 15 October 2010."

I have recieved my study material today. I think evryone will recieve it by 15th oct.

Can anyone help me in understanding how dificult this course would for someone who is not from a legal background, how to prepare for the exam for this. You suggestion would be higly appreciated and thanks in advance to you all.

As you have said you are not from law background i don't think so that it matters a lot. You can do anything besides practising in court. By the way what you have done and what led you to join this course?
