The situation looks terrible in some parts of Japan but Fukuoka is safe. Most big earthquakes are usually on the eastern side of Japan.
Congrats to those who have been accepted.

Actually, one of the staffs of our domestic post called me, and asked me my personal information(address) about a mail from Kyushu.
And I will get the mail tomorrow; don't know the mail's nature, maybe an offer, maybe an objection.
Who knows??
so does anyone know, normaly speaking, whether Kyushu sends us a rejection by air-mail if we didn't make through the selection process. Of course, hopefully it could be an offer.
Waiting online...
PS:anyone else heard from Kyushu, and the air-mail also?

That's kinda odd. Basically speaking, a university shall notice you in the first place by email, and then, will send you a hard copy. So I am wondering that's maybe not an offer, but a rejection. Let me check it out tomorrow and let you know what is about for.
Hopefully you are fine from the earthquake as well as those horrible incidental events.

Oh no. =( You're lucky to have been accepted though. Maybe the office you're with now can sponsor your LLM expenses. You can just pledge N years of professional commitment when you get back. =(
I haven't received any official mail from the University. =(

By the way... I never received an Official Confirmation by post?? Everything has just been confirmed via email... Including regarding airports and diplomatic mission, etc? Is that the same for anyone else??

Hi! Congratulations! Ill see you there too.
I received the official letter via snail mail, along with the scholarship status and the confirmation page. But initially, they only notified me via email. :-)
Im sure yours is on its way also. :-)
