Hi, I am a Nigerian who just completed his final Bar Exams. My LL.B degree thesis was on HIV/AIDS and the Law:Emerging Issues. I am looking for a South African University who is interested in such area of law or in related fields where I can study for my LL.M. I think the University of Pretoria and University of the Western Cape jointly run a program on Human Rights and Democratisation in Africa. Scholarships are available and while Human Rights/Democratisation is not stricltly your area (HIV & the Law), I beleive that if you take the Human Rights & Democratisation in Africa course, you would be able to do your Thesis on HIV & the Law given that the Human Rights/Democratisation course is geared towards addressing Africa's problems (of which HIV is one!)
