[Ugh...this is my first post and I've screwed up the Subject line. It should read: "Who DIDN'T Get 'Decisioned' Today (Georgetown)?" My apologies.]
I'm guessing that the majority of us got converted by at least today.
I admit I got extremely nervous...knowing that a decision is out there somewhere.
I applied for an Individualized Study. Did anyone else? Does anyone know how competitive that is compared to the Tax and Regulations applications?
Thanks.
Edit: I'm referring to Georgetown

Any idea what the process is for admitting specialized applications?
What did you specialize in? And was it not a pain in the a@# to make a schedule?
Edit: When did you apply? I applied on the 4th of January.

Small school in the South.
So how did you swing your schedule and "statement of purpose"? I tried my best to make a schedule work based on last year's schedule but it was rough.
My plan of study was about 4-5 pages and basically explained why I chose the courses I chose and what I wanted to get out of the "degree".
The substance of my study plan was U.S. National Security Law and Civil Liberties and how the balance should be maintained as international law expands...

I didn't actually write up a schedule - I just listed the courses that I wanted to take - I figured there is no way I could anticipate what time and day they were offered later in the year or next year. I also looked at Constitutional Issues in Naitonal Security Law (search and seizure focus) - the proposal was only about 3 pages though - who knows - I have been published twice - once there and once in a peer review - top 10% at a tier 4 and 3.4 - think I got a shot?? I am worried
