Guys,during my preparing for llm in us,i feel that there is one thing should be make sure.How about the condition after llm?What kind of job is suit for a guy after llm without passing the bar exam?In a word ,the llm program will benefit what kind of guys?And how does it work?

In my view, life after LL.M in U.S. is very tough. There are only lucky few, who manage to get jobs. Try focussing on International Law Firms, who have business interests in your country, it would be the right place to begin with.
It all depends, on how long you can sustain yourself, without a job during your OPT period. It is almost 4 months and I am still looking for a job.

Yes, it is very difficult to get a job in the USA from what I heard (but very easy to get a good job in your home country). However, it is not impossible : there are people who land jobs in the US. From what I heard, more than 20 LLMs at Penn found a job in the US last year before graduating (this is pretty good considering the LLM only has 80 students and more than half of the class did not want to work in the US). I am pretty sure that other top law schools (Harvard, etc.) also have good job placements.
