What is your plan after completing LLM?

It seeoms that many people's applications are either vividly going on or have been settled already. I would like to discuss and share with you all about your plans after LLM. It would be helpful for current applicants to make their goals even clearer and it may also help future applicants to make better plans.

It would be really great to hear something from you.

I plan to work for an US law firm after completing my LLM. Althought I know it is very hard for LLMs to get even an internship (comparing to JDs) in an US law firm, I would like to give it a shot. And of course I think an US legal work experience will be very helpful after I return to my home country.
However, my priority is still working in US. So I keep researching on what kind of foreign lawyers will US law firms need. (although I do not have an answer for it right now)
To pass the NY bar exam is the first task on my agenda now.

One of my friend is working in a chinese firm in texas when she got her llm from UVa several years ago.

the friend who is applying but doesn't have any response will go back china if she can get LLM degree here, she says so till now.

hey guys..has anybody found any kind of a job yet after ur LL.M..associate/paralegal/assitant/lawclerk? I'm currently preparing for the cal bar in july...my job hunt has been hopeless..I just want to know if there's anybody out there who got lucky?

is it possible to download any bar prep material from any site?
