What are the chances of getting a good job in USA after completing your LLM from any of the law schools in USA and does LLM from one of the states in USA make me eligible to sit for bar exam of another state?

One thing u need to know is that job opportunities for LL.M. graduates are very limited compared with J.D. graduates. Only the firms that require LL.M who can speak some specific languages that may give u an opportunity.
Regarding bar exam, LL.M graduates can take exam only at NY and CA.

If you are not willing to work in NY or CA, depending on what state to you chose to work, you can transfer your BAR. I know that in Texas you can request to transfer you license from NY to TX. But since every state has its rules, I don't now about any other... but you can check it out.
