Thank you for sharing this information. I guess some waitlisted applicants might get notification by late April...
I am really afraid that the admission percentage for upenn waitlisted applicants is low... does anyone have any idea about this? thanks

I wonder that as Upenn mentioned in the email that those admitted off the waitlist there is a very quick response time (usually 48 hours), it seems that the second batch of wailisted candidate will recieve the response from Upenn very quickly. Also, I learned from an accepted student that they have to submit a second deposit of $2000 by May 1.
