I was admitted to both Upenn and Georgetown and have not decided which school to attend.
I plan to find a job related to environmental law after the completion of the LLM program. Upenn is better ranked in general while Georgetown is located in D.C. where many job opportunities lie.
Which school would you recommend me to choose? Thank you in advance!

Congratulations dong.
AFAIK the deadline to enroll is April 1st, I take it you've paid the first deposit to both?
UPenn is without a doubt more highly regarded by US recruiters than Georgetown. But the environmental law market is somewhat different than your typical firm recruitment.
And, if you're a foreigner looking to settle elsewhere than in the US, DC + the Georgetown name brand may actually prove stronger assets.
Apart from its lower overall ranking, one disadvantage of Georgetown could be the larger LLM class size. And even that is subject to bias: some think it's not relevant, others even think it's an advantage.
Regarding environmental law in particular, however, Georgetown seems to outrank UPenn. And you might also be interested in the recently created Georgetown Climate Center (http://www.law.georgetown.edu/gcc/index.htm)
PS: I chose Georgetown over UPenn so I might not be as unbiased as I'd hope to.
