Of the three universities to which I applied, I have been accepted into UPenn and Duke, in Chicago I'm on the waiting list.

By now I have almost decided by UPenn but I would like to know if you have any additional comment about which one is a better program, and the cities where we are going to live one year.

Depends in which area do you want to specialize to give an honesto recommendation...
