I am joining UPenn this fall.....is there anyone from India...travelling around july?

Hi there..i've decided on Penn too..and will be there in July..

Planning to apply to LLM at Penn as a non-law graduate. I have two masters degree and about 7 years of experience in Energy sector. Want to study Env. Law. Do any of you know the criteria for non-law graduates? Could you refer me to some one who got in to Penn as a non-law grad with no-PhD? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
