Hey guys.
I applied on the 15th of November and on my online application status states that I had paid my application fee on 11/15/2014.
However, my recommendation date is 11/17/2014 and my application status date is 11/19/2014. My status is currently: Application Under Review.
Does this mean I missed the early review deadline? I did submit my application and pay the application fee on the 15th November... Anyone can give me some advice?

Yesterday I sent an email to Penn Law Graduate Admissions office trying to confirm if I catched up with the early admission deadline or missed it. They replied, "You are in the early notification pool and should hear from us by February 1."
That's it...
I think the staff there is efficient though. I got an replied within a single day.

that's right, all decisions up to 1 Feb would relate only to the early review applicants. it's surprising however that few applicants, if so, have received decisions and the others haven't until this late, given the past practices of rendering early review decisions by mid Jan...well, in any case the wait won't be longer than few more days.

Same here: applied on November 15th but my status still says "application under review".
Well at least, the change @Lawyered saw for his application means (i) that the decision-making process is moving forward and (ii) that we shouldn't expect an immediate e-mail once our status changes to "decision rendered" :-)
