Starting this discussion for UFlorida Tax LLM 2022 admissions. They are among the top U.S. Tax LLM programs along with NYU, Georgetown, and Northwestern but there are no current discussions on UFlorida here. Any applicants, any admissions, any scholarships, any current interest in this program? Is anyone applying to any LLM programs here who wishes to comment? Looking for input from all, but particularly interested in U.S. applicant experiences. Also, are job prospects afterwards only good for southeastern US?

the fact that there is not a discussion about them sadly says a lot. They’re currently ranked 2 for tax LLMs according to US News but everyone seems to only be talking about NYU Georgetown and Northwestern. I wonder why that is and what is going on at UF to cause students to not want to go there.

Got in tax and a scholarship today to allow me to pay in-state tuition. instead of out of state.
