According to Chicago's webite, it will be released on February 15:
February 15—By this date initial decisions—admit, deny, or waiting list—will be sent simultaneously by email to all applicants whose applications were complete by February 1. This decision date will vary from year to year depending on the application review process and applicants will be notified several days in advance as to when the decisions will be sent.

It is definitely possible the release decision this week. Like I said in the initial post, last year they released decisions on the 9th and 10th. And given that the 15th is a holiday, like llam2022 said, I think they would be more likely to release earlier than later.

This radio silence is seriously getting right on my nerves.
According to UChicago’s website, applicants should be notified several days in advance as to when the decisions will be sent.
My application is “completed and currently under review”. Any chance someone has a “decision rendered” application status?

Mine is "completed and under review" as well. Status hasn't been updated since 12/14/2020.

Probably! All Unis are releasing their decisions later than last year because of Covid.
